His specific specialty is criminal law, He has a master’s degree in the Faculty of Law, University of Babylon, and a doctorate graduate from the University of Lebanon, in addition to being a teaching assistant in teaching criminal subjects, including the Special Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure. He has a group of development certificates and a group of research published in local university journals.
